eBay Warranty Terms and Conditions
- RETURN REQUEST. If you receive a wrong or defective item please
contact us via eBay’s ask seller a question link located on your auction
for a Return Authorization number (RA#) within 14 days of receiving the
package.
- MISSING ACCESSORIES. If you receive an item missing any of the
accessories stated in the auction you must notify us via eBay’s ask seller
a question link located on your auction within 48 hours of receiving the
package. Any missing accessory requests beyond the allotted 48 hour time
frame will be declined.
- RETURN SHIPMENTS. Returns must be received by ANEW within 14
calendar days from the date the RA# is issued. Products received later
than this date cannot be accepted for return.
- PRODUCT CONDITION. Products must be returned in the same
condition as shipped from ANEW. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers,
cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards, accessories and products
must be in the same condition as they were when purchased without
markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in other than
original purchased condition will be subject to a 30% minimum restocking
fee. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition due to use or
poor packaging will be returned to the customer without exchange.
Condition will be assessed at the discretion of ANEW.
- PACKING AND SHIPPING. Pack all items in a sturdy shipping carton (we recommend using
our original boxes and packing material). Print the RA# on 2 sides of the
shipping carton. Packages without a visible RA# will not be accepted. Customer
is responsible for cost of return shipping. Use the most convenient means
of shipping. Insurance is highly recommended.
- REFUND POLICY. When applicable ANEW will repair an item
instead of issuing a refund. We will not repair any items purchased for
less than $100 on eBay excluding shipping. WE DO NOT ISSUE A REFUND FOR
SHIPPING.
7. FREIGHT
CLAIMS. All freight claims must be settled with the shipping company before
we can issue a refund.
